After intense training and non-stop motivation, senior Kaitlyn Vong won 3 rings over the weekend in New York at the North American Karate Association Mid-Atlantic tournament. Kaitlyn placed 1st in Forms and Weapons, and 2nd in Sparring. “I was very determined and was set on winning. These rings made me realize I have as much talent as the other competitors. It has only pushed me to train harder so I can keep on showing off my hard work and go all the way to grands”, says Vong.
